"I booked a King sized bed and when I arrived was given 2 small very uncomfortable beds. I asked to be moved and was told they were sold out. was given the choice to take a refund and leave or deal with it.
Also the bathroom had not been cleaned there was soap still in the shower, hair in the shower and trash on the back of the toilet seat."
