"We stayed in the Owl's Den and what a lovely room! Very small, but beautiful view of the lake. Very quiet and just the overnight getaway we needed. Loved the shower head in the bathroom, too! Next time, we'll try another room and perhaps have dinner at Dock Brown's as well."

"I went to North Adams to meet my daughter. At first, I was surprised that there wasn't an Inn Keeper. However, with security door for the house doors and each guest room, it wasn't an issue. The room was super spacious. Though, I wish the bathroom were bigger, or at least provide hooks for clothing. Other than that, simple continental breakfast. Since I am lactose intolerant, so my choices were a little less."

We enjoyed our stay here; however by using the codes at front door and room , it felt rather cold not having contact with anyone the entire time we were here. On a positive not; the room was huge, the bath was nice, the quiet, peaceful view out back was nice and the grab and go breakfast was adequate. "

"An absolutely horrible experience! My family (2 adults and my 6 year old son) had reserved this so-called hotel for $284 in June for a 13th Aug stay. After a full day at the Berkshires, we checked-in at 6 pm. This place is in a terrible location (unpaved roads, still-in construction steps). "This was a really cool place to stay. Even though it is an old building my room was toasty warm and WiFi worked great. Breakfast was great!!"
