"Very clean. "

"We were in the area to see a concert at the Center for the Arts in Homer, NY and we needed a place to stay. The Yellow Barn looked like fun. We were not disappointed. The Barn is charming, with large common areas, a full kitchen, and a large deck and grassy area at the back. We were only staying for a single night and it was raining, but when we return we will plan on having enough time to enjoy everything. Christian was a wonderful host, never intrusive but available. "The Oneida Community Mansion House makes for a unique and very interesting stay. This is not a typical hotel or Bed and Breakfast experience. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and very quiet. The grounds are lush and park-like. The Mansion provides a look into utopian life in a setting full of ambiance and history. To take full advantage of the site, plan for time to explore and learn from this part of the American story."
