"The property was clean. Staff was responsive and helpful answering any questions. My only issue is personal. I have a sore back from a previous injury. That being said, the mattress was not the best. Overall it was a good experience though."

"The water heater was broken. We were not told about it before check-in and couldn't change our minds and go somewhere else. We couldn't have a shower before we checked out the next morning. Not a great experience "

"We booked for one night. The bed was comfortable but we had to ask for new sheets. Both beds had hair on them and didnt look clean. We changed the sheets ourselves. The staff was friendly and accommodated the request. At night there was a alot of noise in the hallway, banging on the walls and doors slamming at late hours. It was difficult to get a good night sleep because the walls were so thin. You can hear everything. The check in was quick and easy and they helped answersome questios I had about the area. It was near the mall, which was the reason why we chose this location. The free breakfast was ok but not great. There were two sections for breakfast so they had a few items to choose from. However it wasnt great quality so I wasn't able to finish my food. I wish the hotel had dining options you can pay for, it would have been a plus. Overall this hotel is average. I was only there for one night so I was ok, but I wouldn't stay here again for more than one day. "
