The property was clean. Staff was responsive and helpful answering any questions. My only issue is personal. I have a sore back from a previous injury. That being said, the mattress was not the best. Overall it was a good experience though.

The water heater was broken. We were not told about it before check-in and couldn't change our minds and go somewhere else. We couldn't have a shower before we checked out the next morning. Not a great experience
