"Room was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was no safety deposit box in the room and they did not provide hand towels. But this was fixed by asking for an extra towel at the front desk which we used for the duration of our stay. There was also only one pillow per person."

L’hôtel est d'une propreté impeccable et tout fait très neuf. Le gros point fort, c'est leur espace restaurant / bar : l'ambiance y est super agréable et leur formule buffet à volonté style brunch est un vrai régal, hyper généreuse. "There are not enough stars to give. This property is fabulous! We hope to come back to Lyon just to experience it again. The food is excellent even when not in the Michelin star restaurant.
If you are traveling by car ask them for where to enter and access code. As it is located in a pedestrian location. The location is perfect as well. I can’t say enough about this beautiful hotel. I have stayed in Ritzs and Westins. The best!"
