"First room the aircon heating just going up and up and the window although having a handle couldn’t open.
We had to move rooms at 01:30 in the morning.
Room two, no hot water for two days despite complaints and promises to rectify the problem.
This hotel has lovely staff but the building is based on Fawlty Towers!"
