The cleaner was so friendly and helpful to make sure that I have everything I needed as I was in the room over the weekend when she comes in. "Hopewell Hotel is a 5 star hotel in a great location. The hotel is clean, newer, has a fantastic buffet, large rooms, fluffy robes, and staff that goes out of their way to make your stay the best. I travel a lot and this was definitely one of my better stays. I recommend this hotel."

"I liked the common area with complimentary tea and coffee. It would have been nice to have a small snack also provided along side the beverages. The pool was large but unfortunately closed from 1 pm to 2 pm daily. Monday afternoons have a more extended closure. My reason for booking The Nina was to use the pool so these timings were disappointing. Late opening at 10 am prevented me from maximizing my swim time. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were well serviced by the housekeeping staff. Jack at Check In was extremely pleasant and helpful."

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! I want to give a special shoutout to Cindy at the front desk. She was incredibly professional and welcoming, taking the time to thoroughly explain the hotel layout and dining schedules. Seeing that we were traveling with a toddler, she proactively arranged for bed rails and children's toiletries to be sent to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch. The luggage department was also fantastic—storing our bags was incredibly fast, convenient, and efficient. But the absolute best part of this hotel is the pedestrian bridge that connects directly to Ocean Park. It made going back and forth to the park effortless, which is an absolute lifesaver when you need to bring a little one back for a midday nap. This hotel is incredibly family-friendly, especially for parents traveling with toddlers. Highly recommended!"
