"Loved this hotel. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. The location was incredibly convenient for the Hillsboro-Beaverton area, only about 15 minutes from downtown Portland by car, with the MAX Light Rail nearby as well. There’s also a great grocery store and several restaurants right across the street. The staff was fabulous, especially Jessica at the front desk. "Not what I expected for the price.(not in a good way) But staff is great."

"Not happy about the parking. No free parking for hotel guests. No street parking available close by. $35 a day for paking is crazy to me. "

"Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too."

"Breakfast was better than typical continental breakfasts. The beds are mediocre, not horrible not great. The most bothersome thing was that the bathroom area smelled bad like cigarette smoke even though the whole hotel was supposed to be smoke free. There were also a couple of days of our three that we stayed where our whole room smelled like cigarette smoke. For this reason alone, we won’t stay there again."

"I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at this Hilton Garden Inn property. I made a reservation and paid specifically for a room with 2 Queen Beds. However, upon arrival, I wasn’t informed that I would be placed in a room with only 1 bed and a sofa bed. I checked in at 5:30 PM well after the standard check-in time (4PM), yet the front desk stated they could not provide the room I booked because there was no housekeeping available to prepare it. "The property was in great condition. The rooms and beds were comfortable. The lobby and outdoor spaces are quote nice for this tier of hotel. No issues with our stay. We didn't eat the breakfast so no review there. "
