"The rooms are clean and comfortable. But communication is poor. I booked a room through Expedia and selected a room with photos of a king bed and pullout couch. When I arrived, I was told that my room only had the king bed and was asked if I wanted to upgrade. I asked to change to a room with either 2 queens or a king with a pullout couch. "We stayed at the property for 2 nights. We stayed on the second floor. We got excited at first because the room was pretty nice, the furniture and the bathroom were brand new. However, our room was not cleaned at all during our stay. We called the front desk and the housekeeping, and they didn't do anything. So we had the same towels for 2 nights. "My review is solely based on the room. On a stay of 4 days, I'd rate it at 3/5. Possibly a bit lower based on the cost.
The room was decent, met our needs for the visit.
Proper utensils, dishware and such were provided, kind of. I was surprised that the only cookware provided was 1 single pot, no frying pan or anything else. I asked the front desk about that and was only provided with, a smaller pot pan. Good thing there was a Target nearby to buy my own saute/frying pan.

"We've stayed here on a number of occasions visiting our Northeastern Student. This time was simply to visit the Museum of Fine Arts and the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Location is great. Walkable to a couple of restaurants. Above normal continental breakfast in the morning.
Limited parking on the ground floor (you need to have your room key to access BEFORE you try to enter or you'll get stuck on a very steep incline with not many options to back out.

"This place is awesome. Reminds me of the old inns in Cape May, NJ. I checked in on an unusually warm day in Boston and the staff offered me a cooler room on a lower floor. So kind! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot with good water pressure, and it was quiet. Great, walkable neighborhood as well! I’d definitely stay here again."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location and its breakfast. It is right in the middle of Brighton and 5 minutes or less from the B Green Line and 10 minutes from the C Green Line. The neighborhood has some cute diners, restaurants and cafes. The included breakfast is decent, with waffles and eggwichs, fruit, yogurt, cereal and plenty of coffee and tea. The free cookies are a big hit.
Housekeeping is available only on request, and the request has to be made by 12 noon.

"We had a pleasant staying experience at Atlas Hotel. Their staff are very friendly and willing to serve as what you requested. Their lounge and dining hall are beautiful and stylish.
