There is two physical locations to get food - the buffet (usually breakfast/lunch) and the Asian restaurant (Kura) on the other side of the resort. "This was our second time visiting here first time we had an excellent experience at the adult side this time around it wasn’t so pleasant…. we came back and stayed at the family side We were disappointed and disgusted with what we had to witness…four incidents in completely four different restaurants where we encountered roaches walking either around the hibachi table, at the Mediterranean resturant and at both ITZEN & central plaza buffets… so disappointed especially since we really like this...
