"There were two employees, one of them from maintenance, who had a rude attitude when asked questions. The elevators, both in Building 6 and the main lobby, worked very poorly. I also expected more activities for adults, better music, and more variety in the food, especially at breakfast. I understand these issues may be due to the hotel still being under construction."

"The hotel was beautiful pools were lovely food was great I was not happy that the buffet was not open at night for dinner especially when one of the 4 restaurants was closed each night making it hard to get a reservation. In general everyone was helpful and friendly. Had not trouble checking in before withno extra cost.
Beach is beautiful and easy to get a chair by it.
Definetly coming back to this hotel.
Buffet food was soo good! Not the same in the restaurants but still good."

I chose this hotel because the pool and garden area looked beautiful in the photos, but unfortunately it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
When we checked in and entered the room, every faucet had been left running and water was overflowing from the bathroom onto the floor. We informed the front desk and were told someone would come clean it, but when we went to ask again, we were simply handed a mop. We tried to clean it...
