However, our room was directly facing the tracks, and the noise was quite significant. "The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"The grande Joanne is in a fantastic location only a couple of minutes walk from the central train station Very welcoming staff and our room was ready before time We had a superior room which worked well for us , comfy bed and great shower. There were a few signs that the room needed a deeper cleaner marks on carpets and the sofa at the end of the bed , however we would still highly recommend "

"A nice unit in a great location right by the City Center, literally across the street from a Metro station. Everything as advertised. No staff on site but staff was very responsive via text when needed. So why a 4 instead of 5? It is located on a busy street, and while the traffic was expected, there were a few nights where it was hard to sleep because the cars stopped at the adjacent traffic light regularly had their music extremely loud until 2 or 3 AM.
