"Clean room, convenient location to the train station as that's how we arrived to Toronto. Our room was comfortable but small, but not a problem for us as we knew that going on. "At first I was given a room that was so hot and had sheets that were not clean. There was a dead bug and hair in the bed. However when I complained they moved me to a new room that was cleaner but this property needs to improve their standards of clean. If I wasn’t desperate to sleep I would not have stayed there. I did not feel safe. Someone even tried my door in the middle of the night."

Room fine but a long way from ladies washrooms. Air conditiining leaked and i nearly slipped. It was cleaned up and when it occured again, cleaned again and a bowl left to catch water.
No cash kept at reception so cant exchange money for laundry.

"The front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but is not included in the room rate. It was SO nice having cold air conditioning in the room when we’d been so hot all day. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have been updated nicely. Hallways need a little work on the 7th floor as it’s musty smelling as you get off the elevators, of which there are plenty! The hotel restaurant is fantastic!"
