"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

"Nice 3 bedroom apartment. Lovely to have a bath in each ensuite. Kitchen isn't particularly well stocked (we had to keep washing up) but I've come to expect this from holiday rents now. The doors are all on closing mechanisms that crash the heavy doors shut with her loud bangs. This would be a problem if you had children as I'd worry they might crush fingers. Little bit noisy during the day when the cafe is open downstairs. Won't be a problem if you're out all day. The restaurant in Barn 1 is...

"The area where this is, seems like the council have given up with the place. Rubbish everywhere. Noisy druggies. Just disgusting. The property itself was alright. The bed was hard and not comfy. Too creaky. Always a draft in the place which results in us using the heater and having to put more money in the meter just to use it. Under the bed was not clean. Some cutlery and plates were not cleaned properly. "

"Location was great. Apartment was clean. Was a little weird having to watch an electric meter to make sure it didn't run out!! Owner really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately didn't have Netflix, and no towels provided. But the bed was comfortable. Everything worked in the kitchen...cooker fridge etc Basic clean comfortable stay, you have to clean everything (including oven) before you leave, and put the bin bags out! "

"A great find!! Lovely pub / hotel /restaurant in a beautiful spot. The room was gorgeous with a roll top bath and very comfy bed. The hotel was totally dog friendly- they are allowed everywhere and even get a sausage for breakfast! We ate in the restaurant twice and loved it both times - good portions and great specials. The bar is comfortable with a wide range of cask ales and a great selection of wine. Finally the staff! Everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming, they worked long shifts but never dropped their standards. Brilliant! There are a few pubs in the group but would have to do exceptionally well to match The Crown. Thank you. "
