"Nice guest house. They were remodeling and the common kitchen was unavailable, we luckily didn't need it and it smelled dusty because of the construction. The room was clean and the air inside was fresh. The breakfast was fairly good but the staff member was very unpleasant and said that the breakfast started at 7:30 despite the sign in the bedroom saying 7:00. We had to leave at 7:30 so that wasn't super convenient."

The available kitchen and laundry room was convenient. The room could use some updates and fixes. The bedroom light fixture was hanging by the electrical wires, the flooring had water damage, the back door had a visible gap to outside and the apple TV was missing a HDMI cable so the TV did not work. The only weird thing is that if you have a guest staying in the living room on the pullout couch, the only bathroom is in the bedroom. But other than that, this is a great apartment.
