"This was such a cute property. We received check in instructions day before and was very easy to get in. Finding the guesthouse was a bit difficult but we asked someone in the bakery next door and they were able to direct us. It’s right next door to a convenience store. The guesthouse itself is huge and has everything you need. You do take stairs to get to your room but not a big deal and we found parking on the street. "We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel! It was clean, within walking distance to BSI and downtown Reykjavik. The beds were comfortable and sharing a bathroom was not an issue. We had a triple room and it was big enough for all three of us. Instructions were easy to follow and we had no trouble getting in late at night. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient was the speed of the wifi, but otherwise it was had a great visit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!"

"The good thing about this place is the location. Otherwise I do not recommend. The one bathroom serves 5 guest rooms. There was a very loud grunge band playing two nights until midnight, so sleep is not possible. The alleyway to get there was very dirty. There was no place to put our clothes, just lived out of suitcase. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"It is apart of the hotel across the street. The guesthouse is newly renovated and comfortable. Restaurant and bar in the hotel are great. Very easy to walk downtown and the coast from location. Great stay overall."
