"The guy at the night time desk didn’t tell me about a breakfast so I figured there was none. The night time desk person needs to be more welcoming. I didn’t like having to walk past the lounge with open doors twice to get to my room. It made me feel unsafe. My room was very clean but they need to get rid of the carpet and update their furniture. The morning desk person, she was awesome. The pictures on Expedia look nicer than what the hotel really is. Nope, I wouldn’t stay there again. "

"The rooms and the building were lovely. My complaint is with the hot tubs. I brought a brand new black bathing suit along and maybe that was my mistake but there were so many chemicals in the hot tubs that after a multitude of washing my suit, it had changed from black to light grey after 1 use of the hot tub. One!!!! That’s $100 down the toilet to replace it. Advise: if u use the hot tubs, bring a crappy old bathing suit. Wow not a good first impression of this hotel. "

"We've been staying here for years when visiting family due to the suites they have (1 king bed and 2 twin beds). The full breakfast is always a treat and the staff is friendly and always helpful. We still enjoy it, but the hot tubs have been in non-working order for quite a while (approx. 1 year), which is a disappointment. "

"BED BUGS! Do not stay at this hotel. We found a bed bug crawling on our pillow when we were winding down for the night. We documented it and reported it to staff immediately, got a new room but felt absolutely disgusted. Save yourself and book elsewhere. It was a complete nightmare and when we requested a refund, we were denied. "
