"I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no...

"I enjoyed my stay very much. It was very clean and very convenient. I have no complaints whatsoever"

"Wir waren begeistert vom Zimmer mit dem tollen Balkon und Blick auf den Wasserfall. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und das ganze Hotel sehr angenehm und schick. Auch das wir das Spa mitnutzen konnten war ein großes Plus. Das Hotel Restaurant = lecker, toller Service und die Lage direkt am Wasserfall."

"No cleaning service for the room. No restaurant just snacks. The room has no curtain on most windows . Very humid in the room. Staff is very nice and responsive but they don’t enter the room if you ask for additional towel they will be placed outside and can stay there all day if you are out"

"AMAZING!!"

"room very clean, well stocked, table to sit and eat at appreciated, staff extremely friendly and helpful, great lobby area, breakfast sufficient, cafe set up nicely and clean.. parking convenient."

"Excellent property. Clean and nice rooms and pool. Really nice breakfast and coffee areas. Nice staff"

"Staff is really lovely, breakfast is very well done. Nice grounds but the building itself is looking like it needs some TLC on the exterior and our room (Kyoto) definitely needs updating and particularly a new mattress. Some of the other rooms looked much nicer when we were able to peek in. Overall cleanliness was good. Really nice 24-hour coffee/tea/hot water set up and spacious common rooms downstairs."
