"Very enjoyable stay, a place I would consider visiting again. Fantastic room (upper level ocean view single br). Good spa (great foot massage). Various activities, including walking the farm, off-site tours like the firefly tour wetook. Only disappointment was the Rica Rica dinner (food pretty good, room and service ok). Also, walks to outlying rooms not shaded, probably to protect views. Breakfasts were very good."
"Great service staff with smile. Breakfast comes with team staff presenting a dance/ morning exercise to energize the guests. Only gripe is the room cleanliness can be more thorough. There’s a sweet wrapper in one of the pillows. Cup has a layer of oil in it. Shower drainage allows water to back flow into the dry WC area"
"Great stay for families. Kids club could have a bit more inside but fantastic playground. A la carte options at restaurant would be the only main thing to add otherwise fantastic renovation and vacation spot. We will visit again. "

Food wise Indonesian food is great and breakfast choices are many.

"Beautiful hotel, spacious, well renovated, many lighting in the room for different areas, hotel provided ample drinking water and complimentary minibar drinks, friendly front desk. Breakfast was a bit confusing for new guests, long and confusing waiting for services like juice and egg station, they lack clear signage about how to order juice and egg from staff who lack English conversation skills. Location was a bit far from many popular areas. It stated that there was a medical center within...
"There are not much places to visit in the surrounding area. Even the small shopping area whereby only transport is via the resort & many shops were closed. 😓"
