But the quality was beyond our expectations - the rooms were located at the backyard of the property. So, we didn’t hear noise from the front street as we thought we would. "What a fun and fabulous hotel! The staff was extremely helpful and bilingual, which was wonderful since my Spanish is a bit rusty. The location makes it easy to access all the sites in the historical part of the city. The old buildings and tunnels to access various parts of the hotel were stunning. The room was comfortable and updated with a spa shower. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Sevilla."

"Nice room and building located well in the old port, but the lack of a lift up to the reception floor was tough with heavy suitcases after a long travel. The room was spacious enough and had an amazing view, however there was no fridge and no kettle. The air conditioning didn’t work. Staff were pleasant at check in and check out and the common area looked nice and clean also. Housekeeping cleaned our room / changed towels and bedding despite us only staying one night which was good to know...

"We were warned by many wrt Merseille being the most dangerous city in Europe and we should not visit. We're from NYC and we've seen worse traveling other cities. The hotel is one of the best in Merseille. We're glad we choose it over others. We expected a modern luxury experience and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff. Walking distance to many tourist sites. Breakfast with one of the best view in the city. And the city is safer than hyped. Especially in the hotel. "
