"Location was great, a 7 minute walk from the Duomo & opposite direction of the big crowds. The apartment was a perfect size for me & my daughter- the bathroom/shower was a great size & not too small as some bathrooms are in Italy. The apartment is set back from the street, you walk through a front building, a courtyard, then into the apartment section. We felt safe & enjoyed our privacy. Main water taxi stop Guglio just about 5-10 minute walk to accommodation or station walking distance to if coming from the Airport. Lovely to wake up in the morning open the curtains and see the canal boats passing. Only thing l would suggest would be to have coffee making facilities in the rooms rather than main communal area. But that just so as soon as you wake up you can get a cuppa. Would recommend stay here it...

"Villaggio stupendo e casetta molto comoda. La pulizia però lasciava tanto a desiderare. La casetta era piena di ragni ed insetti e lenzuola coperte ed asciugamani non pulitissimi, macchiati e presenza di capelli nei letti e nella doccia. Andrebbero fatte pulizie più accurate. Villaggio, personale accoglienza Top invece. "

"This is a beautiful Villa with a stunning views. Rooms were large and very clean and the location was wonderful. It was close to Florence and ideal for exploring Tuscany. Restaurant offered delicious buffet breakfast and many other wonderful local dishes for lunch and dinner. I would highly recommend this Villa and would love to stay here again."
