"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "

The roads leading to the property was flooded. The property had a stench of foul fish smell, The dogs were incessantly barking day early morning and night time. Roosters were crowing at dawn. "Only book the renovated rooms as the old ones are unliveable - no hot water and and aircon system from 1963. The new rooms are fine, just ok. Breakfast is poor. Note to management: sort out hot water in your renovated rooms so it’s consistent and dramatically improve breakfast to a level you’d eat yourself and you will make more money.
