Both rooms were booked with 2 queen beds, but we got single beds. 2 grown up guys had to sleep in one room, one bed. But not enough, at 1 am water started dripping onto the bed from the AC unit. There is no person at the reception, just a phone on the wall… what else can I say. I was expecting Expedia to make the cancellation and refund process easy. We are here for work, not spending hours online with the booking agency, real person not available. I like using Expedia, but very much hope for better customer care and a valid process to check on the performance of their listed properties according to the advertised service."
