"My experience was very pleasant . The young man working the front desk (check in &out same person) was very courteous. He Asked how was my day while checking me in and wished me a wonderful day as I was checking out. They are under remodel, so expect the usual construction mess. Overall an excellent experience. "

A staff member was prepared to recharge the battery in minutes. I’ll likely have to visit Cleveland multiple times over the next few years. I am sure this hotel will be where I stay regularly. "
