"You can hear every bang and movement of the adjoining rooms. The people next to us slammed and banged until 11pm. We had driven 16 hours that day and barely slept. Usually we like to stay in this set of hotels, but not this location."

"Everything about this hotel is amazing. We will ALWAYS STAY HERE whenever we are in the area. From the staff, to the wonderful rooms, the delicious breakfast, the beautiful pool and pool area....YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED... It's right along the Columbia River and in the heart of town."

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The space was nice, but a more comfortable chair or sofa would have been preferable, especially if I had planned on spending more than one night. The automated room check in, while unexpected, worked ok. However, the key that was issued did not work and I had to go back to the lobby to have a new one issued by the clerk. The clerk told me that this issue was a common one, so please fix that.
My biggest complaint is the noise level. Obviously,...

"I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok."

"Barely any amenities, which is what you get at an extended stay hotel. I understand no breakfast, but theres not even an iron, hair dryer, or even a box of Kleenex. Mattress has minimal support. I would stay here again if it is significantly less expensive that surrounding hotels like it was this time, but I’d rather pay more to stay somewhere like a Hampton Inn or a Holiday Inn Express. No paid me to write this, this is just a matter-of-fact, honest review."
