"Staff was all excellent. There is no on-site self parking and the valet shut down. Had to go find parking. Room was clean on arrival, but was not cleaned before the 2nd night."

"The bathroom floor was dirty w/ black spots on the tile. Towels were not white, but a greyish color probably due to poor wash water. Plumbing fixtures were loose from the wall. No hand soap in the bathroom requested by phone to front desk but never brought. The bedroom TV did not work. Overall, the room looked dingy and needs a complete makeover. "

"It's definitely one of the more modernized hotel options in Richmond. I do miss their breakfast buffet which was very good and quick to grab a bite."
