"The hotel is going through a renovation which was not disclosed to us when booking. The resturant and bar were closed. We rode in the "service" elevator 90% of the time. There is tile missing on the floors which is a trip hazard. Construction materials/equipment throughout. Wont go back unless thye reach out to us with an offer to give us another chance to visit when renovationtiosn are complete."

"Horrible property, criminal mismanagement. Our room had a horrible odor that worsened when we ran the A/C unit. It smelled like either an animal had died in the vent or the prior occupant had vomited all over the room without anyone cleaning. We checked out after 1 horrible night and switched hotels. At the front desk, they apologized and said to reach out to Expedia to coordinate the refund for the unused night. But when Expedia reached out, the property refused to refund us for the unused...

"Breakfast staff was excellent and very accommodating. They were pleasant despite working under stressful conditions. Reception staff was also excellent at registration and check out. First rate. The only complaint was that there was no room cleaning even though we were only there for two nights. At least empty garbage and make beds! Otherwise, pleasant stay."

"Guests mugged in hotel parking garage by an unhoused man. Not a safe area! NO COFFEE available during breakfast. Staff said they needed to find a key to coffeemaker for 3 hours. No attempt to otherwise provide coffee at our location included breakfast. "

"Some of the lights in my room didn't work and there was a rather rowdy group of kids/teens causing a lot of noise near my room after midnight. A lot of channels on the TV didn't work either. My friend and I got in late from working, there was no one at the front desk and there were two guys in the lobby she said that followed us towards our room so we locked the door just in case. Other than that, our stay was fine"

"Diamond and Andy were so welcoming at front desk. They explained many things to us and apologized for the problems we had with valet. We were going to complain about the valet and the prices but they explained it is a better deal than going across the hotel to public parking. The room was great. Full kitchen with regular fridge, dish soap and sponge and dishes forls and knives. Coffee maker in room. We felt very safe. Hotel was vety clean. Breakfast was ok.
