"The staff was very kind, and they will store your luggage if you arrive before check in or leave after check out. The hotel is right next to a metro station and cafes, so it was very conveniently located for our overnight stay in London."

"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."

"This is a beautiful property in central London with a great history. The student room with ensuite was great, the only drawback was the lack of air conditioning. Very helpful staff and the access to a dining hall and student cafe was practical."

"Poorly maintained. Kept awake until 1am with people talking loudly outside with an “interesting” smell of Tobacco.. not good when you’re up at 3am for a plane"

"Felt that the description was intentionally misleading around the shared bathroom. This should be the first thing mentioned! Tried to cancel but was continually referred to the terms and conditions, think this happens quite regularly when you read reviews on other platforms. Don't forget, if you do decide to go, you'll need to make a further deposit! Disappointing but lesson learnt."
