"Pros - warm welcome (free drink), good communications, great location, cosy room and comfy bed, fantastic breakfast
Cons - in busy times parking in square might be tricky, little bit of tlc needed (broken tiles, chips on corner of walls)"

"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you (without being over bearing). The whole place was spotless, the food was impeccable and it was very dog friendly. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! "

"Excellent 10 out of 10. Our 3 day Xmas period stay with our dog was from arrival absolutely superb. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful; the room was warm, comfortably and clean. The food throughout our stay was excellent with a menu to suit everyone and the Xmas lunch was fantastic. This is definitely a place to revisit."

"No complaints our stay was very enjoyable a little jem breakfast was ample and tasty roxanna was so good and very helpful nothing was to much trouble our room was so comphy slept like a log

"Only stayed one night whilst walking in The Dales. Very comfortable Excellent shower which is very important and an excellent breakfast. "
