"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Grand Victorian! It was conveniently located, very clean, and had all the amenities we wanted for our stay! The staff was friendly and very accomodating! We will stay there again in the future when we visit Branson!"
"First time in Branson with the family, glad with the choice we made on staying at this hotel, away from the strip with all the traffic. Nice and quiet, room was great, also enjoyed the pool. Make sure you visit Downtown."
"First let me say how awesome and friendly the staff was! From check in to check out they were awesome! I called down the first night because we couldn't get the TV channels to show up. They immediately sent maintenance up and we found out the TV had only lower channels (our mistake) although the maintenance man was slightly irritated with us he did come straight up when we called.
The room was a bit dated but very clean. The bathroom and shower were definitely worn but again clean. It's an older hotel so that's to be expected. I'm happy with clean and in working order. Things like not being able to log into our streaming channels and extras like that weren't missed much. Although we were traveling with our older kiddos so they had their own phones to watch shows on at night before bed.
The pool was great and the kids had a blast swimming and making new friends for sure! The pool was clean and well
maintained. There were plenty of towels.
There was a restaurant/bat and a coffee shop that served Starbucks. We happened to get to the coffee shop minutes before closing and the barista happily made up coffee! The morning breakfast buffet was delicious. When you check in you get passes to breakfast for everyone staying For sure a better breakfast than most!
Next... location! This hotel is smack dab in the middle of everything! Please note the advertised '2 free shows" on expedia per room is not true. It is buy one get one"
