"We had our truck broken into right in front of a camera that they had on the side of the building. The staff member on duty who looked like he was lucky to be 16 did very little to help us. Didn’t even call the police for us we had to. And the manager couldn’t be bothered to come in so that the police could try to look at the surveillance footage, which most likely we’re gonna find out the cameras, don’t even work."

"I can give 5 stars for cleanliness and value. But this is a 2 star property. Small rooms, no closets in the rooms (just hooks on the wall), limited breakfast, elevator not working, etc."

"The property had its sign painted black so you couldn't tell the name of the hotel. Could not see anything identifying it as a Motel 6. The street number was on the building, but no name. There was a handwritten cardboard sign taped to the outer wall that said "Pick up you animals Poop" in marker. "Upon arrival we were directed to a room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Supposedly this is a non-smoking property. We were given another room but it was not a King as we had reserved. The entire property shows very visible signs of wear. We would not expect to return to this location in the future."

"This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced. "The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. The next morning the person at the front desk was unaware of our complaint and filed a new complaint on our behalf...

"The refrigerator did not work in my room. However, I was offered another room, but I was checking out the next day, and I had already removed the spoiled food. I also thought the coffee was very weak each morning. My last stay there, a couple of months ago, you had a selection of coffee to choose from, on this stay it was only one choice of coffee which was very weak each morning."
