Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. Konventa Sēta Hotel Keystone Collection
The hotel is a collection of buildings. In our case, it implied a short walk outside to get to the restaurant for breakfast or to the reception. And there was no elevator. Minor issues largely outweighed by the spacious room, great location and helpful staff.
