"We liked our clean room and comfortable bed. We did have a drink at the bar and some appetizers they were good. We enjoyed the outdoor area of the hotel, nice to have a few picnic tables so you could do your own lunch or dinner if desired. We didn’t like the idea of having to pay for the shuttle bus back to the airport. We had recently stayed at another hotel close by and they did not charge for there shuttle bus. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"This property is awful. Feels more like a condemned mental hospital or a prison. Rooms are filthy, AC does not work, place has an awful smell. We only stayed there to be close to the airport for an early flight, if i had to do it again i would have just had my family sleep in the car."

"If you miss the free shuttle it’s €23 for a taxi. The check in is quick and no fuss. The room was tiny but ok for the short time we were there. The shuttle bus back to airport was very good."

"Room was large and clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was the air conditioning in the room would not go low enough to keep things cool on the extremely hot days we experienced. I also was surprised with having to pay 5 euro for a bottle of filtered water for the room on those hot days. Otherwise our visit was pleasant."

"Really superb well designed hotel in Delft. Everything was easy from friendly check in, lovely well designed room and delicious buffet breakfast. Other meals were excellent also in the comfortable bar area with a selection of small plates, often Italian inspired The design and ambience prove The Arsenaal is one of Delft’s icons and an essential element of the townscape. "The bottom sheet had large permanent stains on it and looked disgusting. While probably washed it should have been replaced a long time ago."

"My personnel at the bar was pretty rude when we still had 10 minutes to get a drink and they wouldn’t make a cocktail for us. If the bar is technically open until a certain time, everything should be available until that time and then they should clean up. Afterwards, they kicked us out and we had to have our drink not the cocktail that we wanted in the lobby."
