"Stayed 1 night in a luxury king room. At first look it was very nice and clean. After staying for the night the bed was so uncomfortable I barely slept. The HVAC sounded like a jet engine getting ready to take off. The shower control fell off. Front desk was not very friendly at first check in and refused to do early check in an hour early. Dinner at Four Cornered Steak House was horrible and I’ll write a review on that on their site. The steak was delicious though. Will never stay here again."

My colleague received two rooms with blood-stained beds and she moved hotels. My second room was tolerable in terms of clean bed and clean toilet and shower. The rest? "We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and super friendly. My kids were a bit chaotic but they helped with every request (I was not difficult by any means, but they never seemed inconvenienced). The property was clean but was outdated. For the price I paid I was very happy with our stay. Breakfast was great."
