"Excelente ubicación, la habitación fue cómoda, no tiene a/c, pero si ventiladores, la verdad es que no los necesitamos porque estaba lloviendo. Las camas tenian cobijas calientitas, incluye el desayuno bufet muy rico. Sin duda me hospedaría de nuevo."

"Excelente ubicación del hotel y la Remodelación a las habitaciones de 10 quedaron muy bonitas , las almohadas y el colchón de 10 también! El baño también quedó muy bien, me gustó que en la regadera ya pusieron en la pared el shampo en botella, solo les faltó el body wash gel… en general 10 de 10✅"

Quiet even though is in the heart of centro histórico, right on the main hove of Calle Juárez-don’t let the deterioration of this yesteryear beauty fool you; is worth staying here at Gran Genova;-we would definitely stay here again."

"Overall experience was amazing, staff was really kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and had great room service. This hotel is in the center of amazing historical buildings but like any downtown there will be sketchy areas. The Uber ping for this hotel drops you off in the bottom near homeless people, if you want to avoid that you should ping the corner restaurant (Los 7 Pozoles). This hotel is also next to a busy street so you will hear cars driving at all hours. On the plus side you will be located near so many stores and restaurants that those small issues wont matter, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Lo recomiendo para todos los que planean ir solo a dormir ya que es muy pequeño para ir en familia. Esta dentro de los estándares del precio nosotros solo lo ocupamos de noche tiene todo lo necesario aire,tv,agua caliente,no huele mal como dicen. Los colchones un poco duritos pero se duerme bien"
