"Excellent location. Easy to access all of inner Innsbruck. Very helpful staff. Room was cleaned each day. Upper floor was a little warm with no AC but would be expected for most of Europe. Fans were provided and not usual to have 90+ degree day I would expect. Small kitchenette and refrigerator in room. Overall great stay."

"We had a lovely stay ,we was here for 5 nights,we couldn't falt the place ...The staff was brilliant making us feel at home and going above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable,nothing was too much ,right down to the lovely reception staff ,making sure we didn't get caught in the rain ,by giving us umbrellas to go into town with ......Many thanks...."

"Lovely hotel, excellent value. Staff exceedingly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Dinner reservations weren’t available at the hotel restaurant and the recommended alternative was a fun and lively Biergarten that we all enjoyed! Top floor pool was lovely, especially in this heat. Front desk staff went out of their way to help with unrelated travel snafus, both for us and also for other guests (as I happened to overhear). Would highly recommend."
