"The property was very nice, the rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly. The only problem we had was the bar and sitting area were not opened very long. We were playing cards and they came and told us the area we were in was closing at 8:00 pm, and sure enough they closed all the lights on us. The bar and coffee area was supposed to be open until 7:30pm, we arrived at 7:20pm to get a coffee and we were told they already cleaned the coffee machine. The next day we arrived at the...

"We loved our stay at Nala. It is a very charming boutique hotel in a great location with good amenities, including a delicious breakfast. Lea at the front desk was particularly helpful with booking our restaurant and train reservations. Lea was knowledgeable and spoke multiple languages. Monica in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. There are outdoor spaces to enjoy and the property is very clean and charming inside and out."
