"The staff were very nice and helpful, giving us directions to places of interest. Although there was no kettle, they kindly provided a jug of hot water. The hotel was cozy and in a good location, with easy access to the train station and city centre. We stayed for one night only but had a pleasant stay."

"Very clean room and well laid out with a spectacular view. One server at the bar and one front desk were particularly helpful but all staff were pleasant and respectful. Problem with the safe not functioning was fixed within 24 hours."

The staff were warm and helpful. Special appreciation and shout out to Patrick. He helped me get orientated to Innsbruck, use the public transportation and arrange my train trip back. Many thanks to you. If I have a chance to return to Innsbruck I will definitely return to Mondschein. Thank you!"

"Great location - right opposite the funicular railway and a short walk to the centre. Uber to airport cost 15 euro. Spa area was lovely. I’d recommend. "
