Rooms are dated, smelled wet/moldy, toilet was broken, but room was clean. Shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours and the staff was pleasant. Overall, on brand for Holiday Inn. Only stayed here because of proximity to the airport.

Very disappointed with the service and the refunding process. Had to make multiple calls to get a refund and was still charged for the night after being downgraded to a smaller room. The room and hallway had a strong sewer scent upon arrival which was a big health concern for me.
