"The internal design is special. The staff was always helpful. There is no tv, microwave, coffee machine, or.mini fridge inside the room; there are some for community use. The shuttle to the airport is very expensive, you can use Uber or bolt instead. The location was also nice, we mostly used bolt since we are a family of four. There is a great gelato place and Copenhagen Coffee Lab within walking distance."

"Fantastic hotel right in the city centre with loads of restaurants just round the corner. The bed was really comfy with a fab shower. We had breakfast both mornings which was a good mix of pastries, toast and continental bits. The staff were really attentive and made sure we had a good stay."

"Our first visit to Lisbon with friends, hotel was in great location, breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for things to see and do and booked our travel tickets. Rooms were good, lovely shower, would have preferred kettle in the room as espresso is not for everyone! Beds were extremely hard which we struggled with, maybe a mattress topper is needed? "Sofia in the breakfast area, was the absolute best part of my stay. I was only there one night, but she took amazingly good care of me. She made sure I had something to eat and drink while I waited to check-in. She told me the second my room was available to check-in to and even took my bags to my room.
