"Service. It’s clear everyone got the memo. David greeted us at the bell stand as we arrived and was ready to be helpful whenever we needed anything. Housekeeping was awesome, Jesus made the best Negronis at the Casa Grande bar. Breakfast staff, particularly Noel, were super friendly and helpful with local tips and suggestions - always a great way to start each day"

"We absolutely loved staying at LoveSoulBeautiful in Luquillo. The area is very easy to walk around and find restaurants and shops. You can be at the beach in 30 seconds. It looked exactly like the pictures. Molly and Pedro are incredibly kind and had our unit stocked with coffee, teas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sugar scrub etc. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a place I've stayed more. "

"Room was good but dated, toilet wouldn't stop running.. asked front dest to sweep my patio and get rid of some ants as well as clean cat hair off my lounge chair on Saturday, never seen anyone and i left on Tuesday "

"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30.
Not very happy to start our trip."

"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!!
**Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI]
-There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so...
