"The staff was great"

"Staff was nice but when you have issuses with the clicker to the TV they will tell you to use the buttons on the TV. TV had a back sound like its about to die. Not all lights worked. Thank goodness for the sun. The windows had somethin on it so could not really see out. Cig buds next to end table not ours we so dont smoke. Allergies... main door looks like some one bashed it in with wood broken. Door does close an lock tho. No Springdale system just a smoke detector. Its ok for a night but...

"The staff was excellent and very friendly. The location was fantastic and ideal for our stay. The room however could use help. First the bed spread needed to be retired. It had small holes and runs in it. The bathroom was a great size, but the towel racks kept pulling out of the wall. Overall for just the one night, it wasn't horrible but does need some updates."

"First time staying at a Drury. We had a good stay. The hotels location was nice, great amenities, and great kickback and breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will look to staying at a Drury in the future."

"Would give it a 5 Star rating except for 2 things. 1) More parking space is needed. Spouse and I went to concert and got back to hotel around 11pm and there was no parking spaces available. Usually, you may blame trucks or trailers being the reason but there were none in the lot that I saw, just autos. 2) For everything great about this hotel, and that is 99.9% of things, their choice of toilet paper was horrific. One ply thin sheeted rolls that you'd expect at an Econolodge or some other 1-2...

"Property in disrepair"

"Needs some minor repairs. The computer video check in was totally new and different. Was so sure if it was a real person working in a remote area or computer AI interface system"

"A beautiful hotel. very clean, comfortable rooms. The shades on the windows are great. I like a very dark room to sleep on and the shades are top notch. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was great. The balcony was beautiful but I was too tired to use it."

"Great stay we had to book last minute. The gentleman at the desk (pony tail and glasses) was so helpful and the positivity I needed after our horrible check in at holiday inn express (we cancelled and stayed at Tru instead). The room was great. Only complaint is I do not think it was vacuumed well. Crumbs in the floor. Looked like someone enjoyed ritz crackers. The 3rd floor also smelled of mildew in the hallway (not the room). Overall great stay! Would recommend!"

"They put us in a smoking room when I requested a non-smoking, but they were very accommodating and moved me the next day, when one was available there is no breakfast in the morning which that would be nice if there was other than that it’s a great motel, and I would recommend it to anyone"

"Clean room and friendly staff. The walls/floor are very thin. We were on the 2nd floor and we could hear the people above us walking heavily around into the night. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay."

"Worst hotel stay ever. There were roaches in our bathroom, we saw two of them as soon as we got there. The floors were still dirty. You could feel your feet sticking to them and also it made a weird noise everytime you stepped. We would have left, except there was a tornado at that point in time. This is not the hotels fault, but the tornado knocked out electricity and we had no AC all night and there was no breakfast (though we probably wouldn’t have eaten it anyway given the roaches.)"
