We liked that the bar/restaurant on location played live music by the pool and we were so close to the beach access right across the street. "The property is across the street from the beach and on the rooftop you can see a great sunset over the water. The hotel has 2 bars that serve food, as well as providing entertainment. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable. The only thing negative were the servers at the rooftop bar. They were slow and didn't check on us at all. The bartender was great."

The balcony was big enough to have a dinner with two guests and the kitchen and living room were spacious and well lit. "Good location with easy access over the causeway to Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. Top floor has a bit of a musty smell but Hotel is 110 years old. Wish we had seen some ghosts. Rooms are huge with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Cold AC just a bit noisy. Breakfast was the best we have had by far at this price point. Good choice for this area."
