"Location was convenient to Fernandina Beach, shops, and restaurants and the room was very clean, updated, and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly; however, the halls and elevator of the hotel were very dirty with stains and trash but overall a decent stay."

"I made a mistake choosing the wrong month while booking. The mistake is on me, but I immediately called after hitting ‘submit’ on the payment. I gave a 1-star based on the fact the hotel would not cancel and rebook my request for the next month without paying the whole stay twice. I had even added cancellation protection for a the unplanned cancellation, but the original date was too close. I ended up booking the next month’s stay at another hotel. *This review only speaks to the no leniency...

Once checked in drove around hotel parking lot sitting in parking lot did not feel safe getting to room hallway smell like wet dog"

"I rarely give 5 star reviews but this place definitely deserves it! Very clean and well stocked rooms that includes a kitchen with the basic kitchen necessities. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was well stocked. There is a really good restaurant right across the street and Walmart is 5 minutes down the road. The hotel also offers grocery delivery to stock the kitchen for longer stays although I don't know if there is a fee for this as I didn't use it. I will definitely be staying...

"The room rented was a 3 bed suite. Iwas cool and had plenty of room. 2 bathrooms and two large flat screen tv's. The property looks a bit older from the outside but has been updated inside The price was good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast included was pretty decent as well and had plenty of food. This hotel is also really close to the Ports which is very convenient."

"Had a horrible experience and found dried blood on bed covers and other parts of room. Along with mold on bottom of curtains. No shower as described. A/C literally took over 12 hours to cool room. Breakfast was barely edible and they didnt even have real orange juice, tang was their go to. They did give me a refund for my second night after fighting with them through expedia. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend the extra $10 and get a better room at a better facility."
