"Love this hotel its a family business. One of the bosses ask us want we would like to for breakfast, the next morning he had bagels delivered. My son loved the pool. Everything at this hotel was wonderful. Its clean with very friendly staff. If you travel to Alabama you wont be disappointed by staying at the Western hotel. Thank You to all the staff."

"The lady at the front desk was probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was so kind and patient. She changed our room to a first floor room so my mother could have easier access due to her poor mobility. She also made fresh coffee for me and my sister. Little things like that make a world of difference! Also, when we walked into our room, we could tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. It actually SMELLED clean. You don’t always get that smell when you stay in a hotel."

There were a few things that needed repair ie the elevator button coming from the second floor, the pancake maker and the first room we were assigned was not clean. However, the breakfast and coffee maker was top notch!"
