"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. The only thing that really could be improved is a quick cleaning of the bathroom celing vent and less salt in the breakfast items. "Nice place, great outdoor patio with fire pits and indoor and outdoor pools. Relaxing. The room and hotel were very clean and the staff members were efficient and friendly. Breakfast was decent."

"This hotel was pretty new and it was beautiful! Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in at a hotel. Super clean!"

"Gym was small but fine, the water dispenser don’t work. I did tell the staff, but it wasn’t fixed by the time we left. The milk in the kitchen was expired. I let somebody know, he did end up changing it. Twice there was nobody at the front desk. I waited for quite some time and still nobody showed up. "The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better."

"Parking felt safe and well lit but there was a large gap around the frame of the door so we could hear and see everyone that walked by."

"It was fine for the price. Rooms not soundproofed. The breakfast was several granola bars and a banana. Upon check-out, the front desk refused to give me a receipt. Said, "You booked third-party, call them for your receipt". I didn't bother arguing and just left. Besides that, it was what I expected for the price point. "

"Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience. "

"There had been no water since Monday and we had no idea when we checked in Friday. Once I took a cold shower, we checked out and went elsewhere. But the staff was so kind and so helpful! "The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk. The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption. I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!"

"The room wasn’t clean, the sheets were stained up and the mattress cover look like it had been peed on and left. The AC didn’t work at all and was falling apart. They definitely need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. "
