We used the outdoor tables & chairs in the pavilion area, for picnic lunches, walked on lots of paved walking trails, played on the pickleball courts, and had a wonderful bonfire one evening, on the property ."

"It was a great place to stay you could see and see the great Smokey Mountains from the run and also right in front of the Hotel there was area that is made for walking or riding your bike on. We walked everyday while we were there. The only thing about the hotel there is no pool or a coffee pot in your room but you can go to the office and get coffee thru 10pm. "

"Great place to stay for a family vacation. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The heated pool was great. The balconies are small but the gave some amazing views. Breakfast had a decent selection with rotating proteins. "

They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. "The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."
