"I think some staff could have been a bit nicer and more helpful. I had called I was coming in a bit late to check in and the person who helped me was very nice! When we got there with my family the guys were not as helpful or nice, I understand it's late and we're all tired but no need for bad attitude. Overall, the place is good for a one day stay. Service for breakfast in the morning very organized and staff very very nice! Thank you"

"Our stay was not long, but it was pleasant. The staff were lovely, helpful and had welcoming smiles. The room and hallways were up to date and clean. We were on the 11th floor. During our time there, it was quiet. We had a salad and sandwich for lunch from the bar and they both hit the spot. Good job at The George Manhattan."

"We enjoyed our stay at the radio hotel. We requested an upgrade from the room and the lovely front desk attendant was very helpful in getting us into a suite and a very short time. She addressed me by name each time she saw me downstairs, love the courteous service and amenities will certainly stay again."
