"Staff was super rude. We tried to leave immediately but she wouldnt do a refund so we went up to the room. We felt unsafe and we stayed a total of 5 min. Before driving over to the comfort inn and stayed there. Now that was a beautiful hotel with wonderful employees"

"Self check in/out made the process simple! The room was large and had a great air conditioning window unit. The walk from downtown Stillwater was around 10 minutes and it was nice to be removed from all the bars/noise."

"It is a beautiful hotel with cool rock walls throughout it. We were disappointed in how loud our room was, we were right above the road and by the stop sign. We had roaring motorcycles,.... But the other thing was the lack of a chair or anything else in our room. It was basically a bed and bureau."

"They put us in the older section of the hotel and the rooms needed updating. Almost slipped in the tub/shower because they did not have a mat down. Also the roof top restaurant had slow service and not a lot of variety. They also never cleaned our room for some reason and we stayed two nights."

"Lobby reception was amazing. When one of our guests needed a disposable razor, the receptionist came all the way up to our room to deliver a razor and shaving cream. Room service for cleaning was on-and-off: they left a “we honored your no-privacy sign” card on our door and did not clean our room despite us not leaving a no-privacy sign on."

"The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well furnished, plenty of space for suitcases and counterspace/desk for placing personal items. An easy to use TV remote! Very nice breakfast buffet! "

"The charm and history of the Lowell Inn was the key factor in why we selected it! Spoke with staff and the owner during breakfast, you could feel pride in what the Inn meant to the community. Parking in the ramp made access to room easier and not having to worry about “parking” elsewhere in this busy community!"

"Inn-like motel. Bedding on one bed was clean on other bed, bedspread was stained. No ironing board in room and host said not every room has one (though room across hall from me did). He would not find one for me, I had to ask neighbor (who I didn’t know) to use theirs. There was a power outage for several hours during the middle of the night. No stopper in sink. Room overall was usable and adequate for the rate."
