"Overall, I had a relaxing and pleasant stay at this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy, and the bellman was especially helpful throughout our stay. I also really appreciated the housekeeping staff — the rooms were consistently kept clean, and it was always nice coming back to freshly made bedding and restocked clean towels. The surrounding area was also a huge plus, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to visit and enjoy. The pool was refreshing and added a nice touch to our stay as well. That said, there were a few downsides. The pool curfew being at 10 PM felt a bit early, especially for a resort-style stay. Some of the room features also felt outdated, and the hairdryer definitely needs replacing. I was also disappointed that guests were not informed ahead of time that two out of the three pools would be closed due to an event during our stay. In addition, the property phones and listed phone numbers were not working, which was frustrating when trying to contact the front desk. Despite a few inconveniences, I would stay here again for a casual and relaxing getaway. As well as trying out the spa.:)"

"The room was poorly managed and didn’t have a tv in the living room area. You have to call and get tv remote programmed and hope that they come. Their is junk old things broken just in parking lot and blocking two parking spots. The mineral pools some work and others get full of leaves and the jets stop working or leaves get surrounded around you while in hot tub and Emory the manager said that they get the pool cleaned in the morning but at night it gets clogged up but if it’s 24 hour pool and hot tubs then it should work all 24 hours. Also the grounds are just poorly kept. Also got breakfast at the capri and it was just bland normal breakfast food nothing special. I have to shout out Krissy for helping us when we brought these issues up to them but make sure when u have the issues you go before you leave or else they won’t do anything over the phone for ur issues. I just wouldn’t stay here period unfortunately even when u request late check out for noon and given the okay someone will still knock on ur door at 11:10 and just enter ur room."

Quality Inn Riverside near UCR and Downtown

"This Quality Inn your basic, no frills accommodation that looks like it could use some sprucing up. Apparently the present owners are looking to sell the property so any improvements would be borne by the new owners. The room has a single king bed (comfy), air conditioning (worked well keeping the room at a comfy temp), a bathroom (with shampoo and conditioner), vanity (with blow dryer, coffee maker), wardrobe (with clothes hangers, iron and ironing board), fridge, microwave, flat screen tv and a lounge area with an easy chair. Basic amenities. Room is spacious but carpet is worn in areas. The bath tub and shower head looks like someone tried to do a botched repair job. The shower works which is a plus. Breakfast is meh but better than nothing. Parking is free (another plus) and plentiful. There is a pool (another plus) but I didn’t use it. Location is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and grocery stores. Essentially, it’s your basic inn with no frills."

"Hotel was very well located, just off the main strip of downtown. Steps to bars and restaurants. Rooms and lobby were clean and sharp, but the hallways, stairs, and elevators (exposed style) were weathered and tired looking. Exception was the mini-fridge in the room which was unstable while trying to be retro. Staff was OK, check-in was a bit strange, as the night clerk seemed a bit out of it. The luggage rack in the room collapsed spectacularly when I tried to put my (carry-on) suitcase on it, but even though I let the staff know and left it outside, it was not replaced or repaired during my stay."
