"You will not get a restful sleep at this property I regret to say.. I had a room close to the elevator which created a racket all night long along with street noise. I switched rooms the next night but the street noise between the motorcycles and cars was just too much. It was like the drivers believed it was a NASCAR event. Other than the noise issues it really is a gem of a hotel. Rooms are nice. Beds were comfy. Restaurant quality was fine. But the noise is a deal breaker."

"We arrived to check-in prior to the Bruno Mars concert, and only 2 receptionists were working at the four computers available. Although, we were second in line, people who were MGM premium members were able to move to the front of the line and check-in first, resulting in 10 groups being moved in front of us. Finding out what time breakfast/brunch is was near impossible to find for hotel guests (8 AM to 11 AM). Much more energy is spent on casino guests, and not the hotel guests who aren’t...

"The photos of this hotel are very misleading. The level of cleanliness was worse than any hotel we have ever been to. As soon as we walked into the room we could see debris on the floors. There was a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans. There was white splatter all over the laundry machines and hardwood. The view from the large windows was amazing, if only the window panes weren't completely stained and covered in a thick layer of dust. And the icing on the cake was actual WEED, yes as in...

"The place was clean and roomy, didn’t have a twin bed but they did have an extra sofa that an adult size person could sleep on. "

"Unfortunately, we experienced several issues with the room that were disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. To start, they asked us to check in 30 minutes late to ensure cleanliness. Once we showed up we learned it was because a staff cleaner lost her phone and assumed it was in our room. (It wasn’t).
