"This was my first time visiting Ohio and I could not have chosen a better place to stay. The room was incredible, spacious and had everything I needed. It’s a short drive to Westlake for shopping and additional food options. It’s quiet and close to the interstate but not so close that you can hear traffic. "Our stay was wonderful with the exception of the pool being closed for renovations. This was not something that I saw when i booked 2 months ago but we would not have stayed here if we knew the pool was closed. "

"My children went down to eat breakfast and they didn’t see the small sign that said $10 for kids and $15 for adults. They proceeded to eat breakfast and then they were presented with a bill for $32, plus tip, for three kids to eat a hotel breakfast. To the management, please make it overwhelmingly clear that you are entering a restaurant that has a significant cost for a very basic breakfast. It’s too easy to walk past that little sign and be committed to a significant expense."

"The staff was very friendly. The beds were quite comfortable with fluffy pillows, which made for some good sleep. There was hot water and everything else worked great."

"When we first arrived to the room we noticed large white stain on the couch cushion. We had no blanket on our bed. The body wash in the shower had been half used. The bathroom floors needed to be swept and mopped. The air conditioner made loud noises. Overall the room wasn't very clean. We left after about 30 minutes."

"The whole place smelled smoky and damp. There was NOT breakfast. Booked a room with one queen bed, was given a room with two double beds. There wasn’t a drain stopper in the tub and the clerk said they don’t have any. "

"this makes me doubt the validity of trip advisor ratings since it has over an 8 and is easily in the bottom ten percent of hotels i have stayed in. The place is run down, filthy, there is no hot water, luke warm at best, breakfast should be eliminated as it is awful, only positive is inexpensive. The free wifi was unreliable."

"Very nice breakfast selections, and everything presented well, and tasted great. Tammy was extra nice and gave the "personal" touch to having breakfast available. Would stay again, just for the breakfast!"
